4. Refund Policy

KiraAro is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Tops, Shorts, or Skirts, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Sale items, final sale items, and items marked as "non-returnable" are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective or incorrect item shipped by KiraAro.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
