- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Free from any damage caused by the customer (e.g., stains, tears, or alterations).
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Intimate apparel or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Items damaged due to improper use or care.
How to Initiate a Refund
