  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Free from any damage caused by the customer (e.g., stains, tears, or alterations).

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Intimate apparel or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care.
